Join us for a 5 course beer dinner, benefitting CancerBlows/The Ryan Anthony foundation.
Your ticket includes a private tour with our head brewer Josh West, music by Dallas Symphony Orchestra members, a pint of our limited release collaboration beer with Broken Compass Brewing as well as a 5 other tasters with dinner, a free pint of your favorite and the H2 Big Band will join us from 8-10 with some of the top jazz musicians in Denver!
Special Performance by Ryan Anthony himself- principal trumpet for the Dalls Symphony Orchestra.

About The Chef:
Chef Paul Worley has been working in professional kitchens for over 31 years. Paul grew up in Northern California with a family garden next to an apricot orchard and spent his early summers fishing up and down the California, Oregon and Washington coasts. Paul cooked early on in his career in restaurants located in Los Gatos, Danville, Palo Alto and Napa Valley California. Paul packed up and moved to Hyde Park, New York, and in 1995 graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Paul has traveled and studied in London and even spent a summer eating everything he could find in the Philippines on the island of Cebu. Restaurant work in four separate venues brought Paul and his family to Colorado in 1997. More recently Paul enjoys utilizing his time and professional skills organizing plated diners for as many as 700 guests, or as few as 8. Paul enjoys donating his time when he is able. Often, when people are brought together to enjoy themselves and what he offers by his craft, he can been seen with a smirk
