Beer is just the beginning. At Lone Tree we are dedicated, and consumed by, crafts of all disciplines (especially those that involve beer). When we aren’t busy brewing we trade slaving over a hot brew kettle with hot stove to cook up some great craft-centric recipes. Our favorite recipes are those that make killer pairings with Lone Tree Beers or, better yet, those that cook with beer. Our Spicy Red Ale Barbecue Sauce is one of our essential recipes.
Using our classic Irish Red Ale we’ve developed a classic barbeque sauce that is perfect for lathering on ribs, wings, sandwiches— you name it. The Irish Re Ale in with gives the barbeque sauce a rich roasty addition to the worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard and a sweet malt character to balance out the spicy cayenne and black pepper.
This recipe is as easy as it is delicious, just follow these simple steps and get cooking with Lone Tree beer.
